After becoming a member click on the "Sell Item" box on the homepage, or Click Here. Fill in the required information (total of 7 steps). Once you reach the last page on step 6 you will see a button on the bottom saying "List now", click on that button to send immediately. If you wish to save your listing as a template for listing it in the future then click on "Save As Draft".
As the seventh step you will see “Your auction #_ _ _ has been activated. Thank you for your business.”
You can open a store on eKIBRIS.com, which is a separate page where you sell your items as an a shop. On this page, only your items are displayed as if you have a separate website of your own. The link of your shop is unique for you and when this link is written your store's website comes up directly.
You can give this link to your customers as your own website and you can make your sales from there. You can name and customize your store, change its appearance and colors and if you have you can add your company logo, company name and contact details.
1. Login to your account as usual.
2. You will see "My Store" title on the left hand side cloumn under Members Area.
3. Under "My Store" title find "Subscription Set Up", click on it.
4. On the page that is opened, you will see the title of "Main Settings".
5. Under "Main Settings", you will see "Enable Store", tick the box next to it and click on "Proceed" button.
6. Congradulations! Your store is active now !
In order to make changes and customization within your store please go to "My Store" From there you can edit your store by choosing "Main Settings" or "Store Pages" or "Custom Categories". Each of these three subcategories give you many different features to choose from to edit your store.
The items you have listed before opening your shop will not be displayed in your store. However, if you want your items to be listed and seen on your shop, in the future, when you click on "Sell" please select "Both" option before proceeding in order to list your items both on eKIBRIS.com and in your shop. If you have entered your contact details wrong, in connection with secure shopping policy on eKIBRIS.com your account has been suspended.
You should provide your correct contact information, so that when you enter a transaction the user on the other hand can reach you to complete the transaction. Your contact information is ONLY given to the seller when you win an item or is given to the buyer when you sell an item in the form of your phone number, name and address.
If your account is suspended please renew your information and send an email to admin@ekibris.com mentioning that you upated your details. Then, your account will be activated within 24 hours. You have two options to choose from when it comes to buying an item. These consist of a) Auction Type, b) Buy Now. You can buy the item you desire either by placing a bid and waiting for the auction to end while you are the highest bidder, or you can buy the item immediately with the “Buy Now - Hemen Al” method.
